Anthaly is an AI-powered plant identification and care management app. We provide plant identification, pest and disease diagnosis, care reminders, and growth records.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using this app for any illegal purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All content in this app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, is the property of Anthaly or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Subscriptions

Anthaly offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following plans:

• Monthly Subscription: $6.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: $38.99 per year
• Annual Max Subscription: $58.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the end of each billing period unless cancelled in your device settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.

Free trials may be offered. Each Apple ID can typically only receive one free trial within the Anthaly subscription group.

6. Disclaimer

The plant identification and diagnosis information provided by this app is for reference only and does not constitute professional medical or horticultural advice. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of this app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthaly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
